Well we couldnt of got a better service anywhere else . Ricardo at car finance 2 u has gone above and beyond to help us get a car , unfortunately the car we chose had problems but Ricardo stuck with us and did his absolute best to get the problem sorted , we ended up giving the car back to the dealership and for closing on the deal not to anyones fault but the car yards but Ricardo came to the rescue and had us in an even better car within a few days .i honestly highly recommend his services. We now have our new car and are extremely happy. Thank you Ricardo you have 2 very very happy customers . Xx

I had an awesome experience not only did I get a second chance but I got an amazing customer service from Riccardo. He went above and beyond to ensure that not only I get the car I wanted, but he made sure I got what I needed showed me what I needed to do to fix things so I could get a car. Even at times when I was the least patient and not so cooperative he remained calm and still reassured me he will do his best. He is very Professional, compassionate and very understanding. I would highly not just recommend your company’s Nd service but I would highly recommend Riccardo as your representative. Anj you have been wonderful throughout this whole process. Especially taking time out of your busy New Year holiday to follow through with the process. Your communication is exceptional and you kept us in the loop the whole time which was great for us as it was our first car loan. Whole process took a week but there were a couple public holidays in that time so would probably take less time otherwise.
